Complete Exam and Report

Every new patient at Quality Care Chiropractic will receive an appropriate physical, orthopedic, neurological, and chiropractic exam, which will be the basis of a customized treatment plan. Each patient will also receive a complete report of exam findings with a treatment plan explaining the diagnosis, intended treatment schedule, and the approximate cost for the treatment.

Full Spine & Extremity Adjusting

Dr. Dana has years of experience adjusting spine and extremity joints, to include shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles, and feet, and he has developed a gentle touch, introducing only as much force as is necessary to manipulate the joint.

Modified and Non-force Techniques

Quality Care Chiropractic understands that every person responds differently to chiropractic care. Dr. Dana is well trained in modified-force techniques (like Sacral Occipital Technique) and non-force techniques (like Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique) in order to provide the most enjoyable and stress free chiropractic experience to the patient.

Soft Tissue Therapies

In order to increase the effectiveness of the chiropractic adjustment and bring the body back into balance, soft tissue techniques such as trigger point therapy and myofascial release are incorporated into the chiropractic treatments.

Therapeutic exercises

As part of a comprehensive treatment plan, patients will be given physical and neurologic exercises and stretches in order to strengthen weak muscles, reduce stress and tension, and balance the nervous system. These exercises may include neuromuscular reeducation activities and other exercises to improve coordination.

Diet & Nutrition Counseling

Diet and nutrition have direct effects on how quickly our bodies heal and how our brains function. For this reason, diet and nutrition counseling is always part of a treatment plan at Quality Care Chiropractic. In some instances, nutritional supplementation is necessary. Quality Care Chiropractic currently has accounts with Standard Process, Apex Energetics, and Neurospectrum 360, and is able to order nutritional support products from any of these companies.

Hydromassage Therapy

Our hydromassage table feels like a hot tub on your back, neck, and shoulders but you never get wet! You remain completely clothed as you lay on the water filled mattress and relax as a series of hydro-jets gently massage away aches and pains. Hydromassage is private, affordable, and no one touches you. It’s just you and the table in a quiet area. Just 15 minutes is all it takes. From the moment you lay on our hydromassage table until your session ends, you’ll understand why hydromassage is so popular! This therapy can be scheduled before or after the chiropractic adjustment or any time as a separate session.
